Due Diligence - a detailed investigation is conducted to ensure the subject site meets all Clearstate development criteria, including power, water, sewer, gas, telecoms availability through to legal title, soil contamination & zoning status. Searches are conducted both remotely (desk top) & physically (site samples).

Contract negotiation involves are undertaken by our reputable legal team.

Our subdivision layout and servicing design is guided by our in house Design Manager, with the support of industry leading consultants as we work to create sustainable communities.

Land Sales

The land sales process is managed carefully by our partner agents, offering both house and land packages and vacant sites to suit our customers' needs.

The second stage of design has our construction team reviewing the council approved plans along with the design team to ensure all potential issues are addressed in preparation for construction.

Construction is managed closely by Clearstate as we directly engage with the contractors to install water, sewer, electricity, telecoms & gas as well as roads, footpaths, streetlights and landscaping. Our approach ensures the works are delivered to the highest level of quality.

Land Registration

The final stage of the development process see the newly created home sites registered at the land titles office and officially handed over to our happy customers.
